I’d like to send Carol and her family my sympathy for the loss of Dick. I met him many years ago when he began to transport students to and from my preschool class. He quickly became a friend to me, the staff and all of the students. Dick loved these children and often donated items to the classroom. Dick and Carol always made sure everyone of the students received gifts from Santa and they supplied lots of goodies for a great Christmas party.
I have very fond memories of Dick. He always talked about his family and it was very obvious that he loved them dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with Carol and her family as they grieve their loss. I will always remember his kindness to me and my students.

To the Williams Family,
I am so sorry for the loss of Dick in death. I used to visit the family before I moved to Essex, MD. Steve, I am so sorry for the loss of your Dad. Carol, I am so sorry for the loss of your husband. Please be comforted by the fact that Dick is not suffering in death.“The living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all . . . Whatever your hand finds to do, do with all your might, for there is no work nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom in the Grave, where you are going.”
( Psalm 146:3,4) You can see Dick again right here on earth. " There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous."( Acts 24:15) (Psalm 37:29) I love your family. Sincerely, Rose Loudenslager
