Dolly L. Davis, 77, of Lewistown, passed away at 4:37 a.m. on Sunday December 24, 2017 at William Penn Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

Born April 22, 1940 in Burnham, she was the daughter of the late Gertrude (Hanley) and John P. Campbell, Sr. Dolly was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph B. Davis, Jr. whom passed away in 2005, a sister Betty Jane Freed and a brother Ray K. ‘Butch’ Campbell.

Dolly is survived by her children, Marie D. Wagner, Joseph P. Davis and wife Rhonda all of Lewistown, and Tina M. Myers and husband Phil of Mifflintown, Grandchildren, Troy Goss and wife Brianna, Christina Taylor and Husband Barry, John Davis and wife Megan, Betty Jo Miller and companion Keith Sowers, Candice Alexander and husband Dan, Nicole Hobbs and husband Josh, Teri Jo Himes and husband Dairen, Ryan Myers, and Amber Myers, Great-Grandchildren, Christopher Miller, Jocelyn Sowers, Lauren Krout, Wyatt Goss, Riley Alexander, Brenna Alexander, Drake Goss, Carter Alexander, Jayden Himes, and Callen Davis, and 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren, and companion, Dale Moyer of Lewistown.

Dolly was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Lewistown.

Earlier in life, Dolly was employed by Bell Laundry and later The Arrow Shirt Factory where she served for 15 years. She was also a member of the Granville Township Fire Police, and the Lewistown Moose Family Center No. 143. Dolly loved her great-grand pup Elle.

A graveside service will be held on Friday December 29, 2017 at Mount Rock Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Teresa Hockenberry officiating.

Arrangements are under the care of the Barr Funeral Home Inc. and Crematory, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown.
